About a year has passed since Isabel solved the Jonasson murder and she's become a licensed PI and gone back to school to study criminology. When legendary local recluse Abigail Bachmeier hires her to locate her long-lost nephew Isabel figures it'll be an easy case and a quick paycheck... but she couldn't be more wrong.

I really enjoy this series and this book was very similar to the first. There are lots of humorous side stories and background information, which I often find a little boring but in these stories it adds some "flesh" to the characters and makes me feel more engaged. Isabel has finally started coming into the 21st century and is using all the tools of the time, Google, cell phones, GPS, etc. to help her solve the case.

If you enjoy series featuring senior sleuths, this is a good one to add to your to-be-read pile.
